How to deal with returned goods?

After a parcel is returned to the overseas warehouse due to the delivery failure, it can be re-shipped or picked up by yourself. Note the storage period.

How to deal with the damaged or lost packages?

1. After communicating with the recipient, the recipient of the damaged item agrees to receive the package;

2. If the recipient refuses, the damaged parts can be returned to our external warehouse for restructuring, before shipping them again;

3. The service provider of lost items for investigation and claim handling;

4. All claims shall be subject to the actual settlement result of the service provider.

What is the approximate time limit for customs clearance and delivery?

Customs clearance and pick-up time depends on the speed of aviation ground handling service. Generally, the pick-up time is about half a day to a day.
